Quality Control
Bins, tests and an approved sample kept on file. The point is that phase two matches phase one.
Bin control
Chips are sorted by brightness and colour. A project needs one bin group, which means one production batch — nothing else delivers matching colour.
Optical check
CCT and CRI measured per reel against the approved sample, not assumed from the datasheet.
Electrical check
Load, leakage and voltage at the far end of the reel — the check that catches voltage drop before the site does.
Ageing
Runtime at rated load with a lumens reading before and after, so the warranty means something.
Pre-shipment sample
One reel from the mass order is sent to you for comparison with the approved one. Last moment a spec error is cheap.
Claim path
Photos, classification, replacement. Silent failures come with the failing reel kept in frame — see Replacement Center.
What the warranty covers
Manufacturing defects, for the period stated on each product page. It does not cover installation errors — which is why the Installation Guides and Problems & Fixes pages exist before the warranty, not after.
