Process

How the replacement runs

Collect 3 items: the physical board (photo of front and back), the driver label, and the datasheet or packaging text.
Read the numbers that matter: voltage (12/24V), W/m, LEDs per metre, board width, CCT/CRI, IP rating.
Match the mechanics first — board width and IP rating determine whether the strip physically fits the existing channel and housing.
Match the optics second — lm/m and CRI determine whether the replacement is accepted by the site supervisor.
Order one blind-shipment sample before you convert the full PO; colour and brightness are the two things a fit-out will reject on.
We keep the matched spec on file so reordering phase two is a purchase order, not a new project.
