How the replacement runs

Quote the original order number, or send a photo of the installed reel label.

We hold the production record (chip batch, bin, CCT, CRI, board width, packing) against the original PO.

New phase reels are produced from the same bin group, so the two phases match on site.

Same 5 m reel length, same connector and same label format as the original shipment.
