Installation & use

How to install WiFi 5-in-1 Smart LED Controller

Set the correct mode for your strip first, then join WiFi, then pair the remote if used.

Step by step

  1. Wire the power supply to V+ / V− input, observing polarity. Wire the strip to the output terminals per its channel count.
  2. Press the OPT key briefly to cycle the controller mode until it matches your strip (RGB / RGBW / RGB+CCT / CCT / dimmer).
  3. Open the Tuya or Smart Life App, add the device and join it to a 2.4 GHz WiFi network — the indicator blinks slowly during pairing and stops when paired.
  4. Optional: within 4 s of power-on, press any zone 'I' key on a 2.4 G RF remote or touch panel to pair it; the strip blinks 3 times.
  5. Short-press Reset to change PWM frequency if you see flicker on camera; long-press 2 s for a network reset.
  6. Long-press OPT 2 s to store the power-on state (remember last state / always on).

Before you power up

  • Only 2.4 GHz WiFi is supported — 5 GHz-only networks will not pair.
  • Do not exceed 5 A per channel; for longer runs add an amplifier rather than overloading one controller.
  • Short-pressing OPT changes the mode and disconnects the device from the App — re-add it after switching modes.
